MK Vol 1: Solo Impact Drills

I recently purchased this video and the use of an umbrella base, wood pole and electrical tape as a tool for solo impact striking is so convenient and fairly inexpensive to put together. I live in an apartment building so I opted for a 6ft foam staff instead of a wood pole. I do have a 6ft rattan staff that I can use as well. If you are concerned about making noise, you can get some foam Kali sticks too that you can use on a foam or wood pole. The foam staff is a little wobbly but you shouldn't be striking the pole hard anyway. I placed the tape in 5 areas which are the head, shoulders, elbows and or solar plexus, hips and groin, and the knees. The great thing about this setup is it does not take up a lot of space.
