    Good video for beginners

    Well taught overall learn the clock system sometimes it was fast pace you all will wanna know basic blocks in order to blocks Doug flows so natural! Makes it look easy I would recommend getting a trainer dart too if you do not wanna get cut. I like that you do not have to have a training partner but it is more fun than that. Good video Doug and Anthony makes it fun
