    Great follow up video to Kali 1 Foundation.

    Now I can see why he placed so much emphasis on moving your non-dominant hand. Working with this video series, I have been able to increase my focus, hand eye coordination, develop muscle memory, and really turn that alive hand into a weapon for offense and defense. I found it very useful to incorporate different weapons to gain a wider perspective of how these 2 man drills work. Very satisfied!

    Doug's explanations are very concise. He makes it easy to understand and perform. I've added these drills to my current Kali training that I do at my local school.
