    Easy purchase, easy access, good content, well presented and produced.
    In 40yrs of martial arts study, I have rarely seen content that is this well made, or useful. Most of the video courses I have bought over the years are about as useful as a chocolate teapot.

    Will be purchasing the rest of the courses.

    Doug has a way of taking things you have been taught and practiced for years, and still adding something very valuable. Spend a month on these concepts until it is in your muscle memory and you will be far ahead of many students in a traditional training environment.
