    I’ve taken Kali for about 9 years, off and on, and this is the only series of videos that has a curriculum. It may be different in his class, but if you’re just starting out or want a variation of what you may do in your current Kali classes, this is a great video to grab to help train.

    Love the video for 55 minutes of content you really have over a month of training if you want to become good at this art. Doug does an amazing job of breaking everything down and making it easy to learn and digest. I plan on purchasing all the videos as I move forward with my Kali training.

    This is a one month review. I have gone through every lesson multiple times. The clock system is genius and makes learning that much more easy. Every lesson is thoroughly explained. Learning from videos can be difficult but not with Marcaida Kali

    If you plan on purchasing the second video series, move that non-dominant hand because you are going to need it.

    I have been training /teaching different martial arts over the last 16 years and have had some kali training but nothing formal. I have been wanting to get formal training in FMA but did not know where or with who I wanted to begin learning from.

    I have been eager for the release of these videos as I really want to learn and do not have an instructor near me. These videos are very well produced and very easy to follow. Kuya Doug really makes it fun and interesting to learn.
